Dream Seam raised seams are 20% higher than the K-Master, and 80% higher than ordinary slowpitch softballs. Where the perfect pitch goes depends on only two factors. One is wind resistance. Dream Seam's raised seams enhance spin on the ball, creating greater differences in air pressure for a ball that moves around more on its way to the plate.
