One Dozen Total Control Balls

There is an abundance of training tools out there, but very few help batters develop strength and drive through the hitting zone as well as Total Control balls. Quite simply, the Total Control ball is a must-have for baseball or fastpitch softball hitters. Designed to develop maximum strength and drive, the Total Control ball is 3.2 inches in diameter and weighs 425 grams. The special design of the Total Control ball allows for both front and side toss, though the front toss is recommended for best results. Finally, because the Total Control ball features a weighted design, we highly recommend hitters start out slowly with about three-to-six solid hits per batting practice, then increase over time to maximum of 18 to 24 per batting practice.
