The Total Control Ball is a must have for serious fast-pitch or baseball hitters and their teams. Designed to develop maximum strength and drive through the hitting zone, Total Control balls are 3.2 inches in diameter and weigh 425 grams. Each Total Control ball is flexible enough to be used for both fastpitch softball and baseball and can be delivered with either a front toss or a side toss, though the front toss method offers the best results. Because of its special weighted design, you will want to start out start out slowly with the Total Control ball, doing three-to-six solid hits at first, then increasing to maximum of 18-to-24 in one hitting session.
