It does this through its specially calculated size of a 4.70-inch diameter and 900-gram weight. This unique Total Control ball works equally well for fastpitch softball and baseball hitters alike. Because its exaggerated size, the Total Control Atomic Ball should only be delivered via side toss or set up on a tee. Further, that same heavy-weighted design means you will want to start slowly with just three-to-six hits per hitting session and gradually increasing that number to a maximum of 12 hits in each session.
