24 Total Control Balls

There are many training tools out there, but few help you develop strength and drive through the hitting zone as well as Total Control balls. The Total Control ball is a must have for baseball or fastpitch softball hitters. Specially designed to develop maximum strength and drive, the Total Control ball is 3.2 inches in diameter and weighs in at 425 grams. The unique design of the Total Control ball allows it to be delivered via front and side toss, but front toss is still recommended for best results. Because the Total Control ball features a weighted design, it is recommended that hitters start out slowly with about three-to-six solid hits, then increase to maximum of 18 to 24 per hitting session.
