Most items in the Direct Sports® catalog have a manufacturer’s warranty which is passed directly to the customer. Direct Sports® has no control over the terms of the warranty. Items that do not have a warranty are clearly noted. Many companies prefer that you deal with them directly on defective products. If you have a defective item, we will be happy to assist you in receiving a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. If you have a new product purchased from Direct Sports and you would like to return it, please contact our customer service department at 800-456-0072 for return authorization. New products must be unused and in the orginal packaging. If you have a bat to be returned and the bat has been hit with, you can not return it to Direct Sports.
All bat manufacturers require all defective bats to be returned directly to them for replacement. Direct Sports can not replace defective bats. You can obtain a return authorization by visiting the manufacturer website or contacting their bat warranty department. You must have a copy of your receipt for replacement
