Order Processing:

Direct Sports makes every attempt to process orders for in-stock merchandise the same day they are received.  Orders for in-stock merchandise received during the weekend (after the Friday cut-off time) will ship on the following Monday.  Order processing times vary for merchandise that is shipped directly from our vendors (Merchandise labeled as: Dropship item - ships from manufacturer).

Return Policy:

We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return an item within 30 days from the original date of purchase.  Items that are being returned must be in new and unused condition.  Additionally, all original boxes, bags, packaging and literature must be in new condition and included with the returned product.  Please make sure the items you wish to return meet these criteria prior to proceeding.  Items returned outside of the 30 day purchase period will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Refused packages will be charged a 10% restocking fee.  Shipping charges will be non-refundable.

Bat Returns:

Bats that are new, unused and in the plastic wrapper may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.  New bats that have been removed from the plastic wrapper are subject to a return fee not to exceed 25% of the purchase price.  New, undamaged bats returned in the plastic with obvious ball marks will be considered "out of the plastic" and subject to a return fee not to exceed 25% of the purchase price.  Any marks, scratches or other imperfections resulting from the use, transport or storage of the bat while in the possession of the customer (in or out of the plastic) will result in the bat being considered "used" and will not be eligible for a refund.  All defective bats must be returned to the manufacturer.
