New, undamaged bats returned in the plastic with obvious ball marks will be considered "out of the plastic" and subject to a return fee not to exceed 25% of the purchase price. Any marks, scratches or other imperfections resulting from the use, transport or storage of the bat while in the possession of the customer (in or out of the plastic) will result in the bat being considered "used" and will not be eligible for a refund. All defective bats must be returned to the manufacturer.

Policies regarding price matching:
We must confirm the competitor is an authorized dealer of the product in question, and confirm the item is identical to the item sold at Direct Sports. The product has to be genuine, authentic and available from the manufacturer.
Price match must occur at the time of the purchase.
Item must be In-stock and not on backorder at either Direct Sports or the competitor.
Competitor prices must be advertised in the U.S.
Price guarantee cannot be combined with competitor promotion codes, e-coupons, or discounts.
Auction sites such as eBay as well as marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, etc. may be excluded from the price match.
Items must be new and not used.
Not valid on competitor misprint or other typographical errors.
Price match may be denied if price is below Direct Sports original item cost or the replacement cost.
Direct Sports reserves the right to decline the price guarantee at any time.
